Where we ship & shipping cost

- European Union — free shipping, to every EU country, with no minimum spend.
- United Kingdom — flat rate £12.95.
- United States — flat rate $29.

For the UK and US, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics partner in the Netherlands, usually within 1–2 business days (each order's outer packaging is assembled before it ships). Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within the EU typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. UK and US delivery times vary by destination.

Carrier & tracking

We ship with trusted carriers including FedEx, PostNL, DPD and UPS. You'll receive a tracking link automatically once your order leaves our logistics partner, so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control — but if something goes wrong, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

For returns and refunds, see our Return Policy. In short: contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
